Covid-19 is just interfering our educational life that is the students who are under graduation and doing post graduation, as we all know that we the nursing students (MSc nursing) there is an important role of Nursing research and Statistics drastically changing our educational life.

In our Masters degree we need to fulfill our academic requirements like nursing Research projects, that is very important for our internal marks as well as our theory marks because without research thesis we won't be able to get clear the degree over M.Sc. Nursing.
As we are living in pandemic, we need to keep following points in our mind so that we do not do any of the mistakes which I had done in my Research.
Our college and schools are closed, we cannot reach the goals as we had decided before the pandemic, we need to do lots of alterations in our study because we won't be able to go far for our studies, we need to do our whole project from our home only.
Do's for Nursing research:
1. If your study is in a remote area:
(a) On cannot go and do the data collection in the pandemics, and it is absolutely frustrating, so it is far better option to learn about zoom, skype and hangout, to make your studies easier and do properly your data collection
(b) keep your laptop, web cams safer and do your research calmly, cause there are certain ideas to do the research in remote areas as there is not having lack of technologies.
2. Important to modify your study
(a) If your problem statement is related to hospital and having an Experimental study. Its better not to do the study in any hospital because it is dangerous to do in the pandemic.
If you have an experimental study you can also modify it into a descriptive study so that you will be safe and your sample and the hospital staff will also feels safe, do the further study by different technologies for example mobile phones, different types of applications etc.
3. Make your participants to feel safe during this pandemic
(a) As everybody is terrified from this covid 19 you need to make your participant as possible as safer as you can.
(b) Do all the research data collection by using technologies to protect your participants as well as yourself.
4. Keep communicating with your Nursing research team
If possible keep communicating with eachother so that there will no doubts regarding any stuffs, make yourself clear with the goals.
5. Help your friends and colleagues
Support your friends and colleagues to do the research work,clear their doubts.
6. While doing data collection
Try to make the data collection clear and precise so that the participants able to look after it and easily understood the data collection can be E-mailed and can be send through WhatsApps, telegram or simple (phone message) and also there are various applications through which we can do our data collection for example Google form, form filler, forms.app etc, these applications also shows the correct number of frequency and percentages and suitable graphs by their own.
So, it can be easily record the whole collection without any problems.
Don'ts while doing Nursing Research:
1. Donot add fake frequencies which shows great consequences at the time of checking-in the study. Bias will be created and your all research will be wasted.
2. Try to do whole research evaluation in excel do that you won't have any doubt regarding the numbers you get in the data collection.
3. Dont forget to apply various strategies which are made for the Research statistical work such as Adamsoft, ADMB, Chromux, JASP.
4. Don't forget to ask any doubts to your guide in each and every steps.
5. Make your references correct, donot forget to add reference numbers which shows that your matter is valid. if you won't, it is difficult to make your whole reference.
6. Donot copy the data of others that also make your study bias.
7. Donot make your samples to the hospital staffs in pandemic which may interfere there professional life.
